Exchange Policy
We have a 2-day size and product exchange policy to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
Exchange Eligibility
- Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are exclusively available for orders placed within India.
- Condition of Items: For an item to be eligible for exchange, it must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. Please ensure it's returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Exclusions: We don't take exchanges and returns for customized products.

Step 2: Inspection & Dispatch of New Item
After we receive and thoroughly inspect the returned product to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria, we'll dispatch your new size within 7-10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations
- Timeliness is Key: You can cancel both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within 24 hours of placing them.
- Prepaid Order Options: For prepaid orders canceled within this timeframe, we can either issue a credit note or help you select another product of equal value as a replacement.
Label Tripika Cancellations
Occasionally, we may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances like:
- Unavailability of materials
- Incorrect product listings
- Suspected fraudulent activities
Refunds for Our Cancellations: If Label Tripika cancels a prepaid order, the full amount will be refunded to your registered bank account. We'll always notify you promptly via email.
Credit Note Validity
Any credit notes issued, whether for cancellations or exchanges, are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Return and Cancellation Policy
We don't have return or cancellation policy (after 24 hours) as every product is made strictly after you place the order.
